Terms & Conditions

All prices based on travel within a 10 mile radius of WV5

Outside this area we just charge extra for travel expenses

We travel throughout the U.K. & Ireland

Prices are based on the services of one Co-ordinator unless otherwise stated

Prices are based on weddings of up to 50 guests
Some weddings may require two or more staff attending to assist in venue set up

Price on booking is the price you will pay regardless of how far ahead you book

50% deposit required for At Home or Ceremony packages

25% deposit required for all Venue Set up and Co-ordination  packages

A fully refundable loss and damage deposit will be required for any hired items payable with the balance.
All hired items remain the responsibility of the person booking during the time they are hired out and are
expected to be safely stored for collection. Substantial loss or damage will be invoiced accordingly.

All final balances become due 8 weeks before the Wedding Day

Payment can be made by cash in person, cheque, or bank transfer
Debit / Credit cards accepted through Paypal but a small one off charge will apply to all packages to cover their fees

In the event of cancellation deposits are not refundable as they cover initial time and expenses

In the event of cancellation within 8 weeks of the Wedding Day, then 100% of the balance remains payable as
co-ordinators are booked out to the exclusion of other weddings and also decor has to be purchased or reserved


In the event of a change of date we will transfer the booking at no extra cost, subject to the new date being available.
If the new date is unavailable or is more than 6 months after the original wedding date then full payment will be
required. We will obviously be sympathetic to various situations that may arise that would cause a cancellation
or postponement, and in all cases we will try to be as flexible as possible

The staff of Happy Ever After Weddings are not liable for any loss or damage, and cannot be held responsible for
the failure of any suppliers or outside staff. We will do our very best to ensure you have a fabulous day but cannot
be liable for events beyond our control but under every circumstance and when faced with any problem or issue we
will endeavour to deal with or try to put things right. In the vast majority of cases because of the knowledge we have
gained from you before the day regarding every detail and what suppliers should be providing then it is rare that
something cannot be sorted out somehow and we rarely need to bother the bridal couple but may sometimes ask
for a decision on something not previously covered but again this rarely occurs as we will have had our meeting
with you and the questionnaire to work to.
