Our unique at home & bridal dressing service is not available anywhere else in the UK.
First of all, estimate roughly how many people will be at your home or venue, for any
amount of time,at some point in the morning . . . .
Count yourself, Mum, Dad, sisters, brothers, friends, florist, bridesmaids, flower girls, their
mums, photographer, videographer, make-up artist, hairdresser, chauffeur.... just at the
time when you and your bridal party should be enjoying getting ready, you have a house or
hotel room full of people coming in and out and you can start to feel out of control. We are
there for you to create a sense of calm & tranquility, ensuring you have the best possible
start to your day and that everything runs smoothly  to time

We start with an initial email or telephone consultation after which I would compile a
personalised quote, then we can meet you to discuss the detail and I would then I compose
a very comprehensive questionnaire for you to complete to ensure we have all your details
and requirements. From this we will also have details of relevant suppliers and will know in
advance exactly where staff are needed before we arrive.

We arrive at a time to suit you - as early as you like. We can answer the door, greet and  
deal with suppliers,  help little ones and bridesmaids to get ready, make cups of tea, offer
champagne or bucks fizz , provide a picnic breakfast hamper, do any last minute ironing,
and generally be your personal assistants for the morning. We can even tidy the house and
lock up after everyone leaves so you don`t come back home to a mess !

We keep in touch with the best man to make sure everything is going to plan and then a
quick text as a reminder that he needs to have the groom, rings, and speeches !! We can
also therefore have information if a previous wedding is running late or there are
roadworks so that you set off at the best time, not having to keep driving round and we can
also relay information to your venue so that they can work to any changes in times so drinks
are not poured too early, food isn`t ruined etc.

We maintain mobile contact with your suppliers including the venue, your florist,
photographer and transport etc. to ensure everything is going to plan and to be a point of
contact for last minute queries, (we have always received several phone calls from various
suppliers for every wedding that we have done) and we can get in touch with various
people as we know their contact details, scheduled arrival times and can therefore make
sure things are running smoothly - and also know what you have booked and paid for so we
can check all deliveries are correct

The most invaluable part of this service is that we can lace you in to your dress or button all
those buttons ! Many brides worry whether  they will be tied in correctly and securely.
We take care of this special moment for you with a sense of calm and tranquility, when one
of our experienced bridal dressers will be exclusively assigned to the bride to
professionally ensure that your dress is fitted to you correctly - thereby showing you and
your dress off to perfection. She will already have ensured that the dress has been hanging
correctly, putting each layer underneath in place if necessary, cutting off labels if required,
ensuring that any detail such as folds and ruching are lying perfectly, then help you with
putting on jewellery, fastening shoes etc.
If required we can also help bridesmaids, the mother of the bride and little ones to dress,
ensuring beforehand that everything is ready to put on

And because the ladies have usually had manicures or acrylic nails, combined with last
minute nerves and emotions, when the time comes for you to get into your wedding dress
you can enjoy this special moment with your mum or bridesmaids, taking your time without
any rush or panic

We offer this personal assistant service whether you are getting ready at home or at your
venue, to do much of the above as well as any running errands, delivering or collecting
items from family in other rooms, and liaising with everyone at the venue (at the last
wedding we did the bride was disappointed with her bouquet so I was able to re-arrange it
using a rose from each table decoration and putting some diamante pins out of my kit in
the rose heads !

done up and from everything I’ve told him he said it
sounds like you were worth your weight in gold  –
which you were! I was completely amazed at how
much you did and half the stuff you did I would never
have thought of or realised would need to be done
and would really have sent me into a spin on the
morning of the wedding if I’d had to see to them
myself. I was completely relaxed because I knew you
were there and you did so much more than I

needed it as she saw first hand just what a useful

(On leaving the bride`s house, I was in the back of the
car on the `phone to the venue to advise that the
previous wedding had run late which they appreciated
as they could let the chef know to start the food a little
later and delay putting butter on the tables, lighting tea
lights etc.)
