Complete set up of the ceremony room or venue to
your specifications

Oversee all arrangements, play cd music as
required, ensure musicians ready etc.

Lay out order of service sheets, put out
any decor, petals, pew ends

Ensure parking space reserved for bridal cars














Light candles

Put on your chair covers and sashes if providing
them yourselves

Set up registrar`s table, ensure
any readings are to hand

Greet and assist bridal party and guests throughout

Ensure interview rooms are ready if required

Liaise with and assist Best Man, ushers, minister,
registrar, florist, videographer, photographer etc.

Check that the entrance, carpet, toilets and areas
for photos are clean and tidy

Assist / advise with etiquette, which side bride and
groom`s family sit, etc.













Check buttonholes are all worn on the
same side for photos

Assist photographer to make sure required
guests are available

Help out with little ones and anyone
with special needs

Take special care of mums and nans!

Change room round if it is to be used for wedding breakfast
