with the challenge of organising and managing a full day event including
booking
suppliers, choosing menus
and entertainment for your guests. After all that hard
work, time, thought - and expense - who will be there for you

week before

Happy Ever After Weddings is unique and as yet I have not come across another company that can come close to providing the wide range
of services that we offer.  At the same time we are aware that you may be working to a budget, and because we can use email, telephone
and text to achieve much of our pre-wedding preparation work for the day then this is reflected in our prices. We are confident that any bride
can afford to use us. Each wedding is unique so we cannot offer set package prices - you only pay for the help you need. First of all we take
some brief details and discuss your day with you and then come back to you with several options that can cover any part of the day or indeed
the whole day from start to finish. Below are just a few of the ways we can help but our task list is endless !!

Bridal dressing service to ensure you are correctly fitted in to your dress

Provide a Useful Tips Sheet based on our years of experience

A free copy of all photos taken of the room being set up so that you haven`t missed out on what happened during the day

Deliver buttonholes and put out order of service sheets at ceremony venue,set up flowers, pew ends, candles

Ensure all venue entrances are clean, all glass, windows and mirrors are clean

Put out table decorations, mirrors, favours, name cards etc. , light tea lights and candles,
check that all the little details you spent hours planning are exactly how you imagined

Look after your photographer / videographer, and make sure that the necessary people are available for photos

Greet guests, assist with checking in to rooms, look after gifts, coats and hats, assist
families with small children - whatever it takes to make your guests feel welcome

All venues from a community centre to a 4 or 5 star hotel will have had toilets cleaned - but we
check on them regularly and keep them clean and tidy

Generally make sure everything runs to time and run any errands for the bridal party and guests. We are your personal assistants for the day !!

Your Happy Ever After Co-ordinator will work hard to ensure that everything goes exactly to your wishes. We will meet with you at your venue
to look round together and discuss your plans and ideas, run through timings and get an overview of your room and table decor. Shortly after
our meeting you will receive a very detailed comprehensive bespoke questionnaire covering every aspect of your day
, which can also act as
a check list for you. We will continue our discussions via email and  text so that gradually I can build up a very detailed outline of the day, and

so
when I receive your completed questionnaire, I can start to contact suppliers to cross check that everything matches your booking, order,
purchase or reserve any decor and flowers, then on the day your Co-ordinator and her team will arrive early to check and receive deliveries,
set up the room
and tables as required, set out any decor, liaise with everyone involved throughout the day and oversee everything

You may be surprised to know that most venue Wedding co-ordinators will probably not even be there on your Wedding day. If you have a
venue
co-ordinator, ask if they will be there for any part of the day.  They are usually only involved in taking the booking and details of what the
venue is providing,
then on the day they hand everything over to an events team and duty manager. They may request a list of your suppliers,
but they won`t be
liaising with them beforehand or check deliveries are correct .  If you have to set out  the chairs and tables in a  village hall  
or community
centre and decorate it yourself, how will you find time to fit  it all in? You cannot be in two places at once,  and although you can
enlist  the help of family and friends, there is still all the organising to do. It takes a lot longer than you may  think to set up, including hotels who
just don`t provide enough staff to ensure every detail of your table decor is just right
