| On the Day Co-ordination Includes Venue Set up & Decor package plus Co-ordination of your day Unlimited email support from the time of booking Comprehensive questionnaire that covers the whole day We know the questions to ask you and your suppliers so that on the day everything comes together and nothing is left out - for example one couple were providing quiz sheets for each table and we supplied pens, another couple had presumed their caterers or venue would provide a cake stand but on checking they didn`t so we organised one for them, at a recent wedding the bride had made beautiful table names and we carry table name holders ... many things we do or organise are behind the scenes and are dealt with without the couple being disturbed. Many problems can be managed before the day simply by co-ordinating who is providing what and when so that nothing is missed out.- - for example a couple had hired a marquee and catering tent from one company, food from another and wine from another. We checked arrangements and found that the kitchen equipment and extra fridges had to be hired separately. We telephone all suppliers the week before the wedding to check everything is going to plan and iron out any last minute problems or queries, so you don`t have to chase things up or worry, and then we will keep in mobile contact with suppliers and the best man on the day to field any last minute queries - eg. car company rings as they can`t remember what colour ribbons you require and we already have that information from you.... best man texts to say you are running 15 minutes late from the church due to roadworks, so we are able to liase with caterers as regards the wedding breakfast - and make sure your welcome drinks are not poured too early On the day we will be there for you so you can be confident that your rooms and tables are exactly how you imagined - and so we include everything in the venue set up package within this option. We will discreetly oversee all arrangements, that things are running to time and are as planned, Circulate guest book, greet and assist guests, and generally be on hand for the bridal party throughout Ensure wedding breakfast is as ordered including any special requirements for example that vegetarian dishes are served to the correct person and that all drinks paid for are served and bottles unopened are not kept back Act as master of ceremonies, make announcements if required, assist with giving out gifts during speeches etc.And of course we will bring our Wedding Emergencies Kit !! On the Day Co-ordination service ends when speeches finish Full Day Co-ordination As On the Day Co-ordination plus assist with room turn round, set out evening table decor, greet guests, liase with DJ and entertainers to ensure evening arrangements / buffet are as planned. Full Day Co-ordination ends after your first dance We can also arrange to provide uniformed staff to meet and greet cars on arrival, direct to car parks and assist guests by providing umbrellas if it rains. For larger weddings or if suppliers will need to start to set up the day before, we can arrive a day early to oversee everything. We can also collect any room or table decor from you and deliver to the venue All sizes of wedding catered for. |
