This Service ends after your speeches. By prior arrangement we can also attend until the end of your reception, arrive the day before for larger weddings to set up, stay overnight to deal with everything for you, provide uniformed meet and greet staff for guest`s arrival and direct to parking - Whatever is required to ensure everything runs smoothly ! We can cater for any size wedding First 10 miles of travel included We travel throughout the U.K. & Ireland and just charge travel expenses 25% deposit of total package cost is required to book and reserve your day Balance due 8 weeks before the wedding day Fully refundable loss / damage deposit will be payable with balance In the event of cancellation deposits are not refundable as they cover initial expenses and hire of your staff and decor to the exclusion of other weddings. If cancelled within 8 weeks of the day then full balance remains payable with this package. In the event of the wedding being re-scheduled we endeavour to transfer the booking to another date at no extra cost subject to availability. If there is no availability on the chosen date then cancellation policy applies. While we make every effort to ensure that your suppliers turn up and do or provide what you have paid them to do, and will step in to put things right in the majority of cases, Happy Ever After Weddings and our staff cannot be liable for any losses, damage, or failure of any suppliers |
