| If your reception venue has a wedding co-ordinator, give them a ring and ask the following; Will they actually be there on the day, or will they hand everything over to an events team ? Will the venue staff put out any decor for you that you have supplied, or only what they have provided ? If the chair cover company turns up with the wrong colour sashes,would someone there know? On your Wedding day it is all about the detail. You will have spent much time sourcing all your room and table decor and planning the layout in your mind. But on the day who will be there to co-ordinate and oversee everything? You can of course enlist the help of family and friends but wouldn`t you prefer them to relax and enjoy the day? We will discuss your plans in detail so that when we attend on the day it is as if you were there yourself overseeing everything Because we will have discussed everything with you in detail and have your questionnaire of exactly how things should be,we are there for you if things are not quite right - and can step in to put them right We will arrive at your venue early enough to greet and liaise with all suppliers and venue staff. We work with all your suppliers so that everything is done to your specifications and in good time We ensure that all decor is used and that nothing is left in a storage room, put out favours, name cards, scatter confetti, light candles and put all the finishing touches to your tables and room. Clean any areas that have been missed,ensure welcome drinks are ready and that the gift table is set up. Whatever you are worried about we will take care of for you At many weddings we have attended there has been evidence of the previous day`s event - even in 4 and 5 star hotels - such as decor left behind, carpets not hoovered under tables, and even on several occasions the previous couple`s Wedding cake and gifts left out in an unlocked room Just some of the things we have dealt with recently include people unable to attend at the last minute, so we were able to re-arrange the table and setting at the last minute so there was no gap Notified by mobile phone of an extra guest,so we were able to set up a place and write out a name card for them Cleared away used cups and plates left out on the terrace where canapes were about to be served Dirty mark on one tablecloth so we organised it to be changed and set up again Wrong glasses on one table, knife missing on one place setting Napkins folded differently on one table We have even got the dandelions up out of the grass just before photos were taken and cleaned windows ! If you have chosen a community centre, a village hall, or hired anywhere that you have to set up yourself then we can do it all for you, leaving you to enjoy the day knowing that we will set your room out and decorate your tables etc. We can, by prior arrangement, stay to the end of your reception to clear up and return the venue to how it was when we arrived so that at the end of a perfect day your guests don`t have to go round sweeping up with bin bags and broom in hand !
